TRAVEL INFORMATION

Zanzibar has an international airport with several daily flights from Nairobi, Dar el Salam. Kilimanjaro, Johannesburg and Cape Town. There are also part of the year direct charter flight from Frankfurt and other cities.

One nice trip is to fly with KLM to Kilimanjaro airport and have a guide with a car waiting for you to take you through a safari during as many days as you like in the national parks of western Tanzania. You can locate accredited guides on the net.

You can also take one night or more nights excursions to nationalparks in Tanzania with local companies as Coastal Aviation and others. There are offices in Stonetown, Zanzibar.
